Savannah Bottle Works Wedding Inspiration

Wedding vendors are always seeking out the latest inspiration for designs. One way we enjoy being inspired is by exploring new venues in our area. I was so excited to hear Savannah Bottle Works wedding venue was opening in Downtown Savannah. This Fetewell property is one of the latest from viral sensation The Venue CEO – Kate Dear. She has launched a few franchise locations this year, including Savannah Bottle Works. Nelson and Luis found this dream property and have been styling it beautifully for indoor wedding events. Our team wanted to showcase an elevated design using custom and luxe rentals to inspire couples for wedding season. Keep scrolling to see images from our shoot and to learn more about this venue.

The Look

We chose to go for a modern organic look with warm florals. Nicole and I were inspired by the industrial space and wanted to soften the edges with soft drapey fabrics and floral clouds. Savannah Bottle Works wedding venue does provide rentals, including farmhouse tables for your wedding party to dine around. We built the look around the 9′ table and modernized the farmhouse textures with wishbone chairs and soft tablescape lines.

The Details

Permanent jewelry bars are popping up everywhere. We have seen pop-ups at markets, networking events, and bachelorette parties. We knew we wanted to showcase the experience for a wedding reception. The Spark Collection has its own setup that they bring to events, but we wanted to stylize the experience for cocktail hour or after party. Playing with puns can be really fun for your signature drinks. We’ve seen it before. Skip those cocktail walls and bring on a local experience for your guests to take home. It’s a great photo op and memento to celebrate your day.

Our cake table was a custom build. I was inspired by the Brick Hall (that we ended up not showcasing during this shoot, more details below!). I thought of the textures that could have covered up the 120-year-old brick and came up with this limewash design for the cake table. Vanilla and The Bean took my idea and created this amazing two-tier cake with the on-trend ghost tier. These tiers can be filled with florals or fabric and can make your cake-cutting moment super stylish.

The Venue

Savannah Bottle Works wedding venue is a 9,000 square foot, 3-room event space filled with historic brick and 120-year-old wood floors. The space’s unique beginnings as Savannah Consolidated Bottle Works factory transitioned to the first black-owned business suites and apartments in the early 1900s.
The two-story brick hall features wood floors and ceilings, a beautiful staircase, a custom bar, wing-back chairs, and farmhouse-style tables for your reception. The white hall we photographed in will soon have a getting-ready suite and twinkle lights on the ceiling for a night under the stars.

Planning your Wedding at Savannah Bottle Works

Savannah is beautiful year-round for weddings. The only problem you may run into is the Summer heat. It’s wonderful to have a beautiful indoor venue with ample natural light. Choosing vendors who are familiar with the venue will ensure your team can execute your vision in the space.
With elevators and ramps for accessibility, air conditioning throughout, catering prep space, and seating for 200+ guests, this venue is well-equipped for your day. Your guests can easily valet from the entrance or shuttle over from nearby hotels.

Elements That Make Your Day Special

We dream up these styled shoots to showcase new spaces and ideas. It’s up to you to take any inspiration from wedding blogs, TikTok, and Pinterest and make it your own.
Have a favorite song, use it in your signage.
Have a special scent from your travels, hire a company to create a signature scent to pump through the air for an immersive experience.
Into Tarot? Bring a reader in to entertain your guests during cocktail hour.
Your wedding day is all about you two, make every moment personal and unforgettable by working with the right vendors who will elevate your inspiration.
