I love Pensacola Beach Couples Sessions. Hanging out with Mary and Jarred, this adorable musician duo who are also lovers, was so much fun! Their style and chemistry was infectious and really inspired me to photograph the fun moments as well as the romantic ones. As I’m writing this post I’m jamming to their cuddly covers on their YouTube channel. They are so incredibly talented and you should totally consider them to come jam for your first dance at your wedding reception.
You guys know I love movement, playful energy, and intimate moments. I don’t think any of my favorite images are of my couples actually looking at the camera together- haha. There’s just things that I think are more important to remember during a photo session; like forehead kisses, and the way he caresses your shoulder. It’s really cool to photograph moments that feel like movie scenes. I remember when I was younger dreaming of kisses with soundtracks playing in the background, so I have always chased that sort of feeling for my couples. Getting to create art from those meaningful moments is so rewarding for me as a photographer. Those close up moments that you witness every day, and keep mental images of, I get to photograph. That is so special to me and the reaction to those images is always incredible.
