Sasha and Johnny traveled from Kentucky to get married on our gorgeous Emerald Coast. I’m super lucky that I get to live in a place where people travel from all over to get married! We have some amazing local vendors who can handle all your planning from far away. I was really excited to photograph their first look moment in Rosemary beach and to photograph Sasha looking incredible in her Willowby Watters gown- which I have been pronouncing incorrect for like a year 🤦♀️.
This wedding is an awesome example of how many moments your photographer can cover with a great timeline! Sasha had her hair and makeup ready by the time I arrived. We slipped her into the dress, stepped outside for her first look moment with Johnny, and off we went to photograph their ceremony!
On full wedding days, the amount of vendors bumping into each other can feel a little overwhelming. We all work really hard to make sure the day goes smoothly and I try my hardest to avoid catching videographers in the background of photos. With Sasha and Johnny’s intimate wedding, they skipped hiring a videographer and had a friend GoPro the entire wedding weekend! Such a fun idea to create a Vlog of your wedding weekend – from exploring a new town, to partying with your family and friends who traveled down to celebrate with you.
Totally add your unique personality to your day! If you want llamas at your wedding- go for it! I’m ready! Keeping decor simple ensures your wedding photos will never go out of style. Check out Sasha’s adorable getting ready space and romantic ceremony decor below!
