Sarah + Ben’s day was such an awesome way to kick off the 2018 wedding season! I had been looking forward to seeing Sarah’s boho dreams come to life, and no detail was spared! From the cake covered in plumeria and eucalyptus, to her flower crown, to her gorgeous gown- that she had to purchase the day before her wedding!
Ben and his Navy pals got ready in an Airbnb down the road from the Lee House. The details in their uniforms and the socks with Ben’s face on them complimented the grandma’s place vibe of the home- haha. Their morning was full of laughs. Sarah’s morning started a little shaky, waking up sick with a nervous bug. After a few cans of sprite and ginger ale, Will slayed her makeup and Sarah was surrounded by laughs from friends and family as she got ready.
St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Pensacola is one of the most beautiful churches we have here. The architecture and bold stained glass windows warmed the aisle. Their ceremony blended catholic traditions with a modern wedding ceremony.
The reception space in the Lee House Courtyard was transformed with a tent to keep the rain away. Lucky for them, there was no rain! Each table was adorned with geometric shapes, eucalyptus, and candles. Whimsical and elegant. The party went on with a wild lap dance from Sarah’s groom to kick off the garter toss. Just wait ’til you see those moments! A magical day concluded with a magical sparkler sendoff.
